Product Description
We aim to be as accurate as possible in our Product Description. However, our products may vary very slightly from pictures due to lighting conditions and variances in computer screen calibration. We strive to ensure that the products are as true to life as much as possible.
Defects and Incorrect Items
All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Refunds or an exchange will be granted on wrong items delivered or damaged/defective items
Any minor deviations (within 1 inch) in measurement will not be considered a defect. If you have received a defective item, kindly email us at hello@shopmerryberry.com with a photograph of the defect and your order details and we will be more than willing to attend to you. Any defective items should reach us within a month from the dispatch date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
